I shoot a 4mm 550+ grain arrow at 70+ pounds. A 3D replacement core cost me about 70 bucks. They last about 3 months before my arrows go completely through the target. 3D targets are great but for those who shoot everyday, they aren't conducive to your wallet. I've used the original matrix system for over 3 years, I shoot 9 months out of the year almost daily. I've had to replace 1 modular so far. The original modules stopped my arrow at 8-10 inches of penetration. The new modules stop my arrow at about 4-5 inches of penetration. Matrix targets are superior in every way. It's incomparable to anything on the market. It's a big enough target to be able to launch arrows from 100 yards but it still fits in my girlfriend's Honda. There's simply nothing like it and it's worth every penny.
